OUR LEGACY
We served well. The impact stays.
These programs have closed, but the good they did has not. It lives on in the young people, families and neighbors they reached, and in the partners who served beside us. Each one taught us something that shapes how Civic Heart serves Houston today.
FOR PARTNERS & FUNDERS
This work proved itself. Help it grow again.
Every program on this page began because a partner or funder believed in it. If you want to bring a proven model back to Houston, or take what we do today further, we would love to build it with you.
