ACA Health Navigator
Free, unbiased help choosing and enrolling in health coverage — in person, in English or Spanish, with no sales pitch.
Coverage is confusing on purpose. Navigators are the antidote.
Our federally certified navigators sit down with you, compare every marketplace plan against your doctors, prescriptions and budget, and complete the application with you start to finish. We do not sell insurance and we are not paid by any plan — there is nothing to upsell.
We also screen for Medicaid, CHIP and cost-sharing reductions, which many families qualify for without knowing it, and we handle the messy parts: income verification, immigration documentation, special enrollment periods after a job loss or a birth.
Walk-ins welcome during Open Enrollment.

How enrollment works

Make an appointment
Call (713) 374-1200 or walk in at 410 Pierce St. Bring photo ID, income documents, and your Social Security number if you have one.

Sit with a navigator
One hour, one table. We build your household profile and compare plans on premium, deductible, network, and drug coverage — not just the sticker price.
03
Enroll and confirm
We submit the application, verify it went through, and give you a printed copy of your plan details and effective date.
04
Come back when life changes
A new job, a baby, a move, a denied claim — all reasons to call us back. Navigator help does not end at enrollment.
